North Korean Defector Makes Terrifying Announcement – Says War Is ‘Unavoidable’
Song Byeok is a North Korean defector who worked as a propaganda artist before fleeing the communist nation in 2002. Now, he is calling on President Donald Trump to destroy Kim Jong Un’s regime by force, saying war with North Korea is now “unavoidable.”
Daily Mail reported that Song said that entering a war would be worth it to save the people of North Korea. He then called on Trump and other world leaders “to make a change so the North Korea people can be free.”
He explained that the Kim regime will never give up power without a fight because officials are fearful of what people will do once they find out they have been lied to their entire lives. Song added that the internet is already changing the perceptions North Koreans have of the outside world, as they are realizing it’s not as bad as they’ve been told it is. Song believes that if war breaks out, “ordinary citizens” would refuse to fight for Kim Jong-un because “they want democracy.”
Song lost a lot of his family to the great famine in North Korea in the 1990s. After losing his parents and sister, he defected from North Korea and has lived in South Korea ever since.
“Of course I am worried,” he said when asked if the north will attack South Korea. “Kim Jong-un is very young, in his 30s, and his character is very unpredictable. We don’t know what he is going to do. I worry that he will attack and another Korea War, the same thing that happened in the Eighties, will happen all over again and many people will lose their lives.”
